Abstract
The study of the consequences of human actions on the environment has become extremely important in recent years; in particular, is important to analyze the impact of human activity and its effects on the city and its surroundings. In the eighteenth century, the cosntruction of the new Cartagena city wals and other military buildings has outsanding urban consequences, and after a time, a significant environmental impact.
