Abstract

Precision irrigation techniques, using localized irrigation systems, allow optimization of the use of irrigation water. Fertigation allows crops nutrition through irrigation; to achieveprecise crops nutrition, fertigation systems are required that allow exact application of fertilizers. The development of our research group has focused on four work lines control the irrigation programmer, having achieved a web tool that help the user; estimate the crops nutritional needs, having developed a web tool that adjusts them based on the phenological stage; calculate nutrient solutions, providing a web tool that establishes thenutrient solutions in each tank; and establish the setpoint of the injection system, depending on its configuration, for which there is a fertigation setpoint calculator.
