The objective of this thesis is to measure the relationship between Geen Hydrogen-based technologies and the fulfilment of the Sustainable Development Goals on business results, as well as their relationship with Human Capital, the degree of digitalization of the companies, Business Performance and Corporate Social Responsibility. To get this aim, a survey has been sent to managers of different consolidated companies in the naval and fishing sector with questions based on the Literature in order to quantify the relationships between the different constructs. The data are analysed using RStudio and SmartPLS 4 software from a gender perspective considering the age and the size of the companies. Digitalisation favours the Environmental Management and Human Capital which, in turn, favour Environmental Management and Corporate Social Responsibility, in addition to the fact that digitalisation also has a direct influence on Business Performance. Environmental Management also facilitates the use of Geen Hydrogen-based technologies and that digitalization is needed for this.
