The aim of this project is to provide higher educational organisations with methodologies and teaching materials on the use of BIM to evaluate the energy efficiency of a building, thus contributing to the digitalization of the construction sector in terms of the design, construction, and maintenance of buildings, and to provide municipalities and construction workers with the necessary tools to choose the best renovation alternatives to improve the energy efficiency of existing buildings.
