Resumen
The purpose of this study is to determine empirically the relationship between intrapreneurial culture and organizational performance. For that reason, an empirical study was conducted with 68 MSMEs of the tourism sector in Colombia. The results show that the practices associated with the Intrapreneurship, especially team work, manager�s support and organizational structure flexibility in the exert a positive influence on the performance of MSMEs. The findings have implications for entrepreneurs and managers by allowing them to test the usefulness of intrapreneurial culture for success and competitiveness of their organizations, just as the public sector and academy shows them the importance of developing training programs in the field of corporate entrepreneurship.
