Résumé

The present study analyzes the structure of the salary in the juridical labor regulation in Spain, especially in arranged in the Legislative Royal decree 2/2015, of October 23, by which there is approved the remolten text of the Law of the Statute of the Workers, in which it defines salary as the totality of the economic perceptions of the workers, in money or in species, for the professional presentation of the labor services for foreign account, already pay the effective work, anyone that is the form of remuneration, or the periods of rest computables as of work. The study, likewise, analyzes, between other instruments, indicated in the Agreement núm. 95 of the OIT, relative to the protection of the salary. The work understands five basic paragraphs to understand the institution of the salary, distributed of the following way: a) wage Presentation, b) wage Structure, c) Composition of the salary, d) Determination of the wage quantity, e) Absorption and compensation of the salary.
