Résumé

Regulation of biological functions with daily freque ncy is a feature of eukaryotes. This fluctuation depends on the circadian rhythm, an endogenous system that synchronizes, the most important metabolic, physiologic and behavioral functions of most organism, with the rotation of Earth. One of the genes involved in this important regulation is GIGANTEA (GI), whose molecul ar functions are s till not clear. In this thesis project will be analyzed phenotypic and bioc hemical changes induced by gene silencing and gene mutation in Solanaceaein order to deepen understandi ng of the function of this gene an d its possible regulation. The main methods to be used, are respec tively the interference-RNA technique and the CRISPR/Cas9 system.
