Laburpena

The aim of the present study is to develop a review of the previous literature and to determine the culture in the management of the family firms. The research starts with a descriptive analysis. A literature review has been carried out through different data sources, reviewing previous studies as well theoretical and as empirical on organizational culture. The results show that the culture of the family firm is different to the culture of the nonfamily firm. This culture has an important influence on the managerial behavior of the family firms.
