Laburpena

The analysis of the student’s satisfaction level in the acquisition of knowledge, skills and abilities through the new teaching-learning methods is becoming crucial in the University in a key moment of the adaptation of those methods to the guidelines of the European Space for Higher Education. Its success depends, in large part, on the students’ incentives, which play a significant role in their training process. Teaching-learning methods that satisfy the students will motivate them and facilitate the success on their way through University. In this sense, the present paper, through statistical and econometric procedures, analyses the degree of satisfaction perceived by university students in the new Degree in Business Administration and Management at the Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena with regard to several methodological procedures applied by University lecturers.
