Objectives: This work aims to ground future synergies between the aerobiological networks and the community pharmacy, by providing aerobiological information that will benefit the quality of life of pollen-allergic patients, through professional pharmaceutical services. Methods: This work describes the method of aerobiological sampling and the identification and counting of palinomorphs present in the bioaerosol. A bibliographic review was carried out on the Web of Science and in MedPlus with the descriptors allergy, aerobiology, community pharmacy, pharmaceutical care, together with the study of some recovered publications. Results: This work shows the annual integrals of pollen (IAP) for the major pollen types of the sampling points of Cartagena, Murcia and Lorca (REAREMUR). It also depicts the weekly averages of Artemisia in the three cities, Amaranthaceae in Cartagena and Murcia and Casuarina in Murcia. It reviews the bibliography recovered under the defined descriptors, finding that seldom has the aerobiological information been used within the community pharmacy services. Conclusions: The avoidance of allergen exposure is the most effective preventive measure for the allergic patient. Thereby, patients need access to aerobiological information so that they can take actions to improve their quality of life.
