Abstract

The main objective of this work is to analyze the existence of different motivations inthe decision of starting a bachelor degree, between the students of both the bilingualand non-bilingual group of Business Administration at Technical University ofCartagena. To carry out this study, a survey was developed in which motivations tochoose the degree were requested to the students, according to the scale proposedby Gámez & Marrero (2003). The results of the exploratory factorial analysis showthat, after identifying six types of motivations, there are not significant differencesbetween both groups (bilingual and non-bilingual) for each type of motivation.
