Abstract

The purpose of this article is to review the relevant case law on the procedural aspects of the permanent disability. For the recognition of permanent disability, the assistance of courts is required in case of conflict. This work deals with the issues and problems relating to the exercise before of the actions before Court in order to recognition of permanent disability
