Resumen
The Rambla del Algarrobo de Mazarrón drains the mountain range of the same name to the west, and presentsa surface, subalvea and underground water management system, which contains architectural elements(aqueducts, storage ponds, mines, canalizations, dikes, filtering galleries, aceñas and gullies among others) thatgive it a uniqueness typical of the arid climates of the Levante Mediterranean. Field work has made it possibleto identify and georeference through S.I.G. (Google Earth, QGis and Fugro Viewer) the layout and irrigatedareas. Based on the emptying of the Libro de lo Real de Seglares del Catastro del Marqués de la Ensenada of1761, the typology of irrigation of small plots destined to the cultivation of trees has been reconstructed. Finally,it is intended to value both the architectural structures and the modeling of the landscape, in order to protectand preserve it.
