Zusammenfassung

This work evaluates the possibility of fabricating a full spray inverted organic solar cell. Our experimental approach consists on a sequential substitution of the spin coated or vacuum evaporated layers by spray coated ones. On each layer the different deposition parameters i.e. speed, pressure or distance of spray nozzle from the substrate is optimized, in terms of obtaining the best device performance and stability. The machine who controls the spray coating system is a common 3-axis CNC machine. Different kind of programs has been written for each different experiment. Preliminary results show that the performance parameters of the devices are comparable with those fabricated by spin coating under the same ambient conditions.
