Résumé

A preliminary study of the mycorrhizal fungal component in several Mediterranean forests of El Maestrazgo and Els Ports regions and the Sierraa de Gúdar and Sierra de Javalambre, situated in the Sistema Ibérico Mountains (Spain) is presented. A catalogue of the ectomycorrhizal fungi found in the area is included. Measurements of ectomycorrhizal fungal biomass were made in the selected study plots.
