Abstract

The profession of Technical Architect has a component linked to the indisputable practice and the inclusion of the subject of internships in the study plans allows the students to approach the occupations that they may develop in the future. This study is based on surveys and interviews carried out with students and companies that have participated in the curricular practices during threeacademic years in the Building Engineering Degree of the UPCT. The segmentation of the type of companies that students of this Degree have demanded, as well as the type of tasks that have been demanded of them, is also part of this communication. Finally, we will highlight the contributions that our students can make to companies, within the framework of the digitization and sustainabilityobjectives that pose a challenge for the construction sector in the coming years.
