Resumen

In most Engineering Degrees in the industrial field, a subject of Projects or Project Management is studied. The usual in these subjects is to approach in an introductory way the different areas of knowledge within the Project Management in the specific competence of the subject "Knowledge and Capacities to Manage Projects". In the development of these areas, there are those that are more easily transferable and those that are not so, since there are certain concepts that are somewhat abstract to the students. Due to the experience gained teaching in this type of subjects, students at the theoretical level in the case of the area of knowledge of Quality Management do not finish understanding this part of the subject clearly and find it somewhat tedious and boring. Therefore, one way to better convey this concept in a clearer and more pleasant way is to try it through a game. This paper carrying out an experience through a dynamic as a group game that is called the "Dynamic of the Piringüilillos" implemented in the subject of Projects of the old degree of Industrial Engineer and how to make the adaptation of this to the subjects of Degree within the EEES.
