Resumen

This work is devoted to the construction and analysis of a new finite volumen algorithm for the solution of hyperbolic conservation laws. It is inspired by Harten’s ENO subcell resolution strategy. The reconstruction of the fluxes is performed using the high order accuracy interpolation based on the IIM introduced in S. Amat, Z. Li, J. Ruiz, Journal of Scientific Computing (2014), which allows to prevent the smearing of contact discontinuities without using extrapolation.
