Abstract
According to the European Higher Education System, is necessary to establish a teaching and evaluation system based in skills acquisition, At technical degrees, the technical dcgrecs, the teaching of legislation cannot be limited to a simple explanation of the content of the laws, being neccesary to incorporate specific procedures to achieve two main objectives, First is to educatc students in the laws structure and content. Second is to give them the ability to implement the legal determinations relevant to the exercise of their profession. Teaching must be configured from a very practical perspective, stressing the incidence of the law in thc professional future of the student.
