Resumen

The profession of Technical Architect has a component linked to theindisputable practice and the inclusion of the subject of internships in thestudy plans allows the students to approach the occupations that they maydevelop in the future. This study is based on surveys and interviews carried out with students andcompanies that have participated in the curricular practices during threeacademic years in the Building Engineering Degree of the UPCT.The segmentation of the type of companies that students of this Degree havedemanded, as well as the type of tasks that have been demanded of them, isalso part of this communication. Finally, we will highlight the contributions that our students can make tocompanies, within the framework ofthe digitization and sustainabilityobjectives that pose a challenge for the construction sector in the comingyears.
