Sustainability and digital transformation are configured as the great challenges that companies are going to face in the coming years. These challenges will entail great changes with respect to their current operations. To face them, the role of business management will be essential to coordinate all the necessary aspects for this transformation to be successful, both the aspects related to tools and processes, as well as the human resources involved. From this context emerges the interest of the current project, which aims to deepen the changes that must take place in organizational processes and activities in relation to these two great challenges of sustainability and digital transformation. On the one hand, those that affect the processes and tools will be analyzed, and on the other hand, the human aspects that are required to carry out these changes, and that will be the differentiating element and difficult to imitate. Within the process-related aspects, this project delves into the facilitating role that two groups of business management recommendations could have: quality management and innovation management. Quality management is based on the principle of continuous improvement of processes and the reduction of waste, emphasizing relationships with external agents for improvement.
