SUCCESS project is a great opportunity to develop and implement new and innovative ideas in existing projects. One of the main objectives of the SUCCESS project is to encourage the use of creative learning and teaching methods by offering student-centred curricula that meet learning needs, eliminating discrepancies in English, and providing comprehensive coverage of the communication skills needed in the labour market for technical communication. The project team promotes an interdisciplinary approach to engineering studies and evolves innovative pedagogies in the field of engineering or any other related field by designing, testing, simulating and implementing modules for teaching-learning innovative approaches to communication in collaboration with leading ESP providers in Germany, Spain, France, Latvia. SUCCESS will generate a dialogue on national and transnational issues, so that employment in different industries and sectors can be improved. In this way, a high demand for engineering students is to be alleviated, as employers are related to the rapidly developing fields of computer science, mechanics, telecommunications, electronics, etc. This is the call to all higher education institutions (HEIs) to focus on the labour market demand for highly qualified future employees. HEIs all over the world are asked to prepare and ensure the best possible future engineers so that they can successfully integrate into companies and make the expected contribution to help employers
