The development of fundamental hardware advances in electronics has traditionally driven the digital transformation of our society. The promising paradigm shift offered by quantum technologies has generated widespread interest from major companies, but the performance of current prototypes remains disappointing. The main reason is the effect of decoherence consequence of the contact of the quantum device with the environment, which occurs due to poor isolation but also due to the necessary control operations. Therefore, it is crucial to reduce the need to control the operation of quantum electronic devices whenever possible. This can be achieved in some cases through autonomous function, such as self-sustaining oscillatory behavior or Maxwell-daemon-type operation. The ultimate goal of TAQNED is to implement this possibility by designing efficient nanoelectronic devices in the quantum regime with the premise that they operate autonomously or under very limited external control. Design will be based on a black-box learning method called transfer tensors, which learns the propagator of the quantum system of interest by analyzing its dynamics. Autonomous function can be achieved on a variety of platforms, as long as some form of non-linear relationship exists between the fundamental quantities of the system. This nonlinearity introduces a feedback loop so that the system can self-correct and robustly follow a predesigned behavior. To achieve the main objective, we ar
