Resumen

El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar el fenómeno empresarial de la colaboración para innovar, sus bondades y determinantes. Para ello, se contextualiza la innovación empresarial en España, se estudia y define el término colaboración para la innovación y se describen los incentivos para realizarla. Además, desde la perspectiva de la Teoría del Comportamiento Planificado se exponen los determinantes de la intención de colaborar para innovar, estableciendo un modelo teórico que diferencia entre actitud, normas subjetivas y control sobre la colaboración para innovar, junto con los dominios de conducta que les afectan.
