Abstract
During the course 2012-2013, a team of experts from the Technical University of Cartagena (UPCT) has designed and developed a model for vertical and horizontal teaching coordination. The work included compiling and analyzing models from other Universities, selecting some already-working methodologies, and developing new ones. The designed model includes a new list of generic skills and coordination structures and tools that fit the coordination needs of any UPCT Centre.
