Abstract

The aim of this paper is to test the relationship between the work life balance (WLB) culture promoted by organizations and the corporate reputation perceived by their employees, analyzing the mediating effect of employee satisfaction in the relationship. After the empirical analysis on a sample of teacher of educational cooperatives, we conclude that the relationship and mediation proposed are significant. This means that companies may enhance their employee performance and business results fostering a WLB culture which allows reaching greater employee satisfaction and perceived corporate reputation of the organization.
