The major mechanism of resistance to most insecticides in Frankliniella occidentalis is metabolic. The efficacy of insecticide mixtures of acrinathrin, methiocarb, formetanate and chlorpyrifos was studied by topic exposure in strains of F occidentalis selected for resistance to each insecticide
